My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although in need of renovation, offered nice open spaces for dining and a small gym. However, the noise from the pool side and bar was a drawback. The bed was uncomfortably hard and the decor felt outdated.

The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Bucaramanga, which is fantastic for exploring the area. The rooms are spacious but could use some updating, especially the uncomfortable beds. The service provided was exceptional and truly made our stay memorable. Dining options were good, although some variety in the menu would have been appreciated. The facilities are well-maintained and offer everything needed for a comfortable stay.
