My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although in need of renovation, offered nice open spaces for dining and a small gym. However, the noise from the pool side and bar was a drawback. The bed was uncomfortably hard and the decor felt outdated.
The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Bucaramanga, which is fantastic for exploring the area. The rooms are spacious but could use some updating, especially the uncomfortable beds. The service provided was exceptional and truly made our stay memorable. Dining options were good, although some variety in the menu would have been appreciated. The facilities are well-maintained and offer everything needed for a comfortable stay.
I found this hotel to have comfortable rooms although some renovation is needed, with very nice open spaces for meals and a well-equipped gym with a sauna. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and a bit noisy. The service was outstanding, always willing to help. The dining options were good but could improve in terms of flexibility. Overall, a pleasant stay with minor room improvements needed.
